As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Executive to help recruit and support international students throughout their study abroad journey.
The Role
You will manage the student recruitment and admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment, working closely with students, parents, schools, education agents, and university partners. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in international student recruitment, study abroad counselling, admissions, education consultancy, higher education, or education sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and convert prospective students into enrolled students.
- Manage applications from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Advise students on programme options, admissions, and enrolment.
- Process applications and maintain accurate records using CRM/SIS.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and education agents.
- Meet recruitment, conversion, and enrolment targets.
- Participate in recruitment events, school visits, and education fairs.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with admissions procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 0–4 years' experience in international student recruitment, admissions, education consultancy, study abroad counselling, or a target-driven sales/recruitment role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in international education are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organisational, and CRM skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of overseas university admissions, UK student recruitment, NCUK, pathway programmes, or transnational education.
- Existing relationships with schools, counsellors, or education agents.
