Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Data Science! This role supports data science enablement which includes building analytics solutions for commercial analytics decision support projects on spend analysis (promotion mix tactical test & control support patient level longitudinal studies product forecasting) customer segmentation and targeting working with unstructured data and basic understanding of cloud based AI/ML services. Good understanding of industry trends are required and this role will provide data driven solutions insights and recommendations for improving business performance. Provide data based decision support for pharma client problems Responsibilities: - Demonstrated understanding and experience in applying traditional statistical machine learning deep learning NLP and/or graph techniques to address business problems - Experience in leading both internal and external customer expectations project planning execution and project closure - Shown capability in providing implementable proof of concepts and prototype by working closely with the domain specialist and bring in cloud related services for a quick solution - Experience in Python/R SQL cloud architecture and Shell scripts (exposure to SAS will be an added advantage) - Must demonstrate personal accountability for driving company growth initiatives in a structured and compliant manner - Good ability to handle large volumes of data independently - Able to explain statistical concepts in a user friendly manner. - Using effective visualization for conveying the stats model results
