Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries and support our travel and tourism services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to enquiries regarding visas, flight tickets, holiday packages, and travel services.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
- Provide accurate information about company services and offers.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiry details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
