About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can take ownership of end-to-end sales. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a service-based IT company, understands staff augmentation, and has hands-on experience leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation.

You’ll Do:
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities
- Drive staff augmentation and IT services sales through LinkedIn and other channels
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop sales strategies and execute them effectively
- Create, streamline, and optimize business development processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and opportunities
What You Need:
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development (IT services)
- Prior experience in a service-based company is a must
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation model
- Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation & outreach
- Ability to build strategies and implement them independently
- Experience in creating and improving BD processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
