TirhutWala is a rapidly growing startup dedicated to delivering premium Makhana and other authentic Bihari food products to customers across India. We are looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to join our team and help expand our customer base through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote TirhutWala’s products
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information in a professional manner
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate details
- Meet daily weekly monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills Hindi and English proficiency required
- Persuasive and convincing ability Confident in handling objections and closing sales
- Basic computer knowledge Ability to maintain records and reports
- Previous experience in tele sales preferred but not mandatory
- Self motivated and target oriented Driven to achieve business goals
