Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for Workday PSA including customer contracts, projects, billing, and project financials
- Support end-to-end Contract‑to‑Cash processes within Workday
- Ensure PSA configurations align with Finance, Revenue, and operational requirements
- Perform root cause analysis for integration failures and data discrepancies
- Troubleshoot integration issues related to Customer and contract data
- Support reconciliation between Workday and upstream/downstream systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.
- Assess impact on Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing Functional areas based on new releases and recommend changes.
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday PSA (projects, contracts, billing)
- Proven experience with integration troubleshooting (Salesforce Workday) from a functional perspective
- Solid understanding of project-based billing models and Contract‑to‑Cash processes
- The ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and end users.
- Ability to own and drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive by nature and a great team player.
