We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support the company's human resources and daily operational activities. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
* Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
* Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
* Support payroll inputs and employee verification processes
* Manage HR databases, reports, and CRM updates
* Handle office administration and daily operational tasks
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
* Draft HR letters, offer letters, and employee communications
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
* Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or administration
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to commute or relocate to Janakpuri, Delhi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
