Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through active client acquisition, relationship building, and deal closures, focusing on institutional buyers, bulk orders, and strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Identify and close new business opportunities
● Build strong pipeline of institutional buyers
2. Client Acquisition
● Reach out to:
▪ Corporates
▪ Retail chains
▪ Export buyers
● Conduct meetings, pitches, and negotiations
3. Deal Closure
● Lead negotiations and pricing discussions
● Convert leads into confirmed orders
Ensure timely deal closure
4. Relationship Building
● Develop long-term relationships with buyers
● Ensure repeat business
● Maintain client satisfaction
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
● Work with Head on pipeline updates
● Align with procurement for availability
● Ensure smooth order execution
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
