- Guest Assistance – Greet guests warmly, provide towels, and assist with poolside seating arrangements.
- Safety Monitoring – Observe pool activities, report hazards, and ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance – Maintain pool deck, furniture, and changing areas; ensure towels and amenities are replenished.
- Equipment Handling – Operate cleaning tools and assist with pool maintenance under supervision.
- Guest Service Coordination – Liaise with housekeeping and engineering for timely upkeep of the pool area.
- Reporting – Record daily pool usage, incidents, and maintenance needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality or pool operations preferred.
- Basic swimming knowledge and awareness of safety procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
