Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Conversion. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, managing follow-ups, nurturing leads, and supporting business growth through effective customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
