Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with experience in one or more major cloud platforms — AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Manage cloud services including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.
- Implement and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure cloud environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or similar tools.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, application, networking, and deployment issues.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated application deployments.
- Work with development and DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
- Implement cloud security, IAM, access controls, backup, and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as compute, storage, networking, databases, IAM, monitoring, and security.
- Experience with Linux/Windows administration and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of cloud security, high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–10 years of relevant experience in Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
- Candidates should have practical experience in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud certifications will be an advantage.
