Overview
Alan Scott’s Marketing is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and grow our clients’ online presence. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (in collaboration with designers and video editors)
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and ROI
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)
- Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of major platforms and their best practices
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience running paid social media ads
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships
- Understanding of branding and audience targeting

Pay: ₹21,582.31 - ₹30,050.65 per month
