Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store & Purchase Incharge to manage our inventory, stock records, and purchase activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to coordinate with vendors and internal teams smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
- Handle day-to-day purchase orders and vendor coordination
- Track stock inward/outward and update records in Excel
- Ensure timely procurement of materials/goods
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Maintain purchase bills, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with store staff and management for stock requirements
- Prepare purchase and inventory reports as needed
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, stock sheets)
- Should be able to read, write, and speak Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software / ERP is a plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Store, Inventory, or Purchase Management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Store management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
