Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Sector-63, Noida
Experience: 2–5 years (US Staffing)
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen & recruit IT professionals for US-based clients.
* Work on W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models across contract and full-time positions.
* Handle resume evaluation, rate negotiation & interview coordination.
* Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and internal database for talent sourcing.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in US staffing / IT recruitment (Night shift mandatory).
* Good understanding of US tax terms, visa classifications & time zones.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
