About the Role
Tatbac Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing ERP implementations. The consultant will work closely with manufacturing clients to understand business processes, configure ERPNext, conduct user training, support UAT, and coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations.
Candidates should have successfully delivered ERPNext implementation projects for manufacturing organizations and possess a strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, procurement, quality, and costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERPNext best practices.
- Configure ERPNext modules based on client requirements.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Process Documents (BPD), SOPs, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with the development team for customizations, reports, print formats, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Assist in data migration, master data validation, and system configuration.
- Resolve functional issues and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Ensure successful implementation within project timelines.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of ERPNext Functional Consulting experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering and business process mapping.
- Experience with ERPNext configuration and implementation.
- Strong documentation skills (FRD, BRD, SOPs, UAT).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with remote teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multiple end-to-end ERPNext implementations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industries such as Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, FMCG, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, or Process Manufacturing.
- Understanding of the Frappe Framework and ERPNext integrations is an added advantage.
- Experience with barcode, QR code, label printing, or shop-floor automation integrations is a plus.
