Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Certification in Montessori / PPTTC / NTT / ECCE / EYP / PYP preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years education.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role such as:
Center Head
Academic Coordinator
Head of Early Years
Experience with EYFS, IB PYP, Cambridge Early Years, or CBSE Early Years curriculum is preferred.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy.
Ability to mentor and motivate teachers.
Effective parent relationship and conflict-management skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
