Responsiblities and Requirements: -
- 1–5 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Real-Estate and Non IT requirement related areas.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Junior-to-senior level roles, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Experience hiring for different types of roles.
- Strong communication skills and good at building relationships.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple hires at once.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and clients.
- Maintain ATS and internal tracking systems.
- Keep yourself updated with market trends, tech stacks, and industry needs.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
