Position: MEP Engineer (Junior / Senior / Assistant Manager / Manager)

Role Summary
We are seeking experienced and dynamic MEP professionals to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of MEP works in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise MEP works as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement and material planning for MEP activities.
- Resolve technical issues and support project teams with engineering solutions.
- Ensure proper execution of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Experience in project coordination and vendor management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, and construction standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
Role LevelsJunior MEP Engineer
- Support site execution and daily monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for work progress.
- 1–3 years of experience preferred.
Senior MEP Engineer
- Independently handle MEP execution and coordination activities.
- Ensure quality control and timely project delivery.
- 4–8 years of experience preferred.
Assistant Manager – MEP
- Lead MEP planning, execution, and reporting across multiple project areas.
- Manage teams, vendors, and project coordination activities.
- 8–12 years of experience preferred.
Manager – MEP
- Oversee complete MEP project operations and strategic execution.
- Ensure budget control, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- 12+ years of experience preferred.
Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹1,212,177.55 per year
