Roles & Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with admission processes, requirements, and entrance
examinations of overseas universities.
Assist students with university application processes for destinations including
USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, and more.
Coordinate with branches and associates to follow up on pending documents
and payments.
Accurately complete and submit online and paper-based university applications.
Resolve queries from branches and associates via emails and calls in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal branches and external associates.
Work towards defined targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure a positive end-to-end admission experience for students and partners.
Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars organized by the company.
Position Overview:
Graduate (or equivalent) with basic computer proficiency.
Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in customer service or operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
Team player with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
