Requirements

- Experience : 1-3 Years in Sales,Insurance, Banking or Financial service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through direct sales and advisor channels.
- Recruit, train, and manage financial advisors.
- Identify new business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
