Visual Merchandiser

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the visual appeal of our jewellery showrooms and ensure a premium customer experience. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining attractive product displays, window presentations, branding elements, and in-store visual standards aligned with the company's image.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Display & Store Presentation
- Design and implement attractive jewellery displays and showcase arrangements.
- Ensure all products are displayed as per company visual merchandising guidelines.
- Create visually appealing window displays to attract customer footfall.
- Maintain consistency in visual standards across all store sections.
Store Branding & Marketing Material
- Coordinate the placement of banners, standees, posters, signage, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing and promotional displays are updated on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign execution.
Product Presentation
- Ensure jewellery products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Monitor product placement to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
- Suggest display improvements based on customer behavior and sales trends.
Store Audits & Compliance
- Conduct regular visual merchandising audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
- Identify and rectify display-related issues promptly.
Coordination
- Coordinate with store teams for display changes and promotional setups.
- Work with vendors and fabrication agencies for signage and display requirements.
- Support new showroom openings, exhibitions, and special events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Display, Fashion, Jewellery, Lifestyle, or Luxury Retail.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of display techniques, branding, and customer experience.
- Ability to travel between stores if required.
