Job Title: Cook – College Canteen (Chinese, Indian & South Indian Cuisine)
We are hiring skilled and dedicated Cooks for our college canteen specializing in Chinese, Indian, and South Indian cuisine. The candidate should be able to prepare hygienic, tasty, and quality food for students and staff while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese, Indian, and South Indian dishes as per daily menu requirements.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food safety practices in the kitchen.
Handle preparation of ingredients, storage, and kitchen equipment properly.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Monitor freshness and quality of ingredients used in cooking.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cook in Chinese, Indian, or South Indian cuisine preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety .
Experience in college, hostel, restaurant, or institutional canteens will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
