Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Executive with experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), Material Handling, and basic Excel knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, monitoring inventory, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting smooth production operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control (PPC)
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Track production targets and report variances.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
Material Handling
- Monitor material movement from stores to production.
- Ensure availability of raw materials as per production requirements.
- Maintain material consumption records.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for stock management.
- Minimize material shortages and wastage.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Update production data in Excel sheets.
- Generate daily production reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation of production activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control).
- Knowledge of Material Handling processes.
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in Production, PPC, or Manufacturing operations.
