HR Manager
Brief Description
The HR Manager will manage the day-to-day HR operations of the company. You will implement HR policies, oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while supporting the HR Head in strategic planning and workforce development.
Tasks
· Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
· Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for improvement.
· Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Support promotions, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Help identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
· HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Support audits and statutory reporting requirements.
· Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs and organize programs.
- Support leadership development and skill-building initiatives.
· HR Strategy & Team Support
- Assist the HR Head in aligning HR policies with company objectives.
- Support HR team in achieving operational efficiency.
- Generate HR reports and insights for management decision-making.
· Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements in HR processes and systems.
- Implement HR software and tools for efficiency.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
