Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Bungalows)
Location: Vasna & Bhayli, Vadodara

Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction of premium bungalows across our sites in Vasna and Bhayli. You will be responsible for driving daily site operations, managing labor, and maintaining highly accurate site measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil construction of bungalows, ensuring work progresses strictly according to architectural and structural drawings.
- Site Measurements: Take precise, regular on-site measurements of all completed work to maintain accurate project records.
- Labor Management: Direct and manage daily wage labor to maximize productivity and keep the project on schedule.
- Material Tracking: Estimate daily material requirements in advance and monitor usage to minimize wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards on site.
- Reporting: Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to management.
Requirements:
- B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1 years of hands-on site experience (bungalow construction experience is highly preferred).
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings and take precise measurements.
- Excellent ability to manage and extract work from site labor.
