About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing
activities of a shopping mall/retail destination. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for increasing mall footfall, planning promotional campaigns, organizing events,
managing brand visibility, and generating revenue through marketing initiatives.
The role requires someone who can plan marketing strategies, coordinate with
internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets, and deliver engaging customer
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and promotional calendars.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase customer footfall and sales.
- Organize mall events, exhibitions, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with brands, agencies, and sponsors for marketing initiatives.
Generate marketing revenue through kiosks, signages, events, and promotional
spaces.
- Manage PR activities, media relations, press events, and corporate
communications.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Analyze marketing performance and customer insights to improve future
campaigns.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets while ensuring cost control.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, business development, and external agencies
for smooth execution of marketing activities.
Experience
10–12 years of experience in Marketing.
Experience in shopping malls, retail, real estate, hospitality, or large consumer-facing
businesses is preferred.
Proven experience in brand marketing, event management, and revenue.
Education
- MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing.
