Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital assets. The candidate should possess strong UI/UX design skills and hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude AI to enhance design workflows, content generation, and creative ideation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and web interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design concepts based on business requirements.
- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver engaging digital experiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all web and digital platforms.
- Utilize Claude AI and other AI-powered tools for design research, content assistance, and workflow optimization.
- Improve user experience through intuitive navigation and modern design practices.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, UI/UX standards, and AI technologies.
- Optimize designs for usability, performance, and conversion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Web Design or UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.
- Experience working with Claude AI for content generation, design ideation, prompt creation, and productivity enhancement.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and UI/UX projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing websites for SaaS, IT, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly web design practices.
- Experience creating high-converting landing pages and marketing assets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
