Role Overview
We are looking for a charismatic, articulate, and creative On-Camera Content Creator to become a primary visual voice of our brand across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and on-screen performance. You will write high-hook scripts, get in front of the lens with natural confidence, shoot crisp vertical assets, and work alongside the post-production team (or handle self-edits) to produce high-retention video content. The ideal candidate knows how to speak directly to an audience, break down complex or aspirational concepts into engaging 30-to-60-second stories, and sustain viewer attention from the first second.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Camera Delivery & Hosting
- Serve as an authentic, energetic, and relatable on-screen host across daily/weekly short-form video releases.
- Deliver scripted, semi-improvised, and interview-style segments with clear pacing, expressive tone, and high-energy body language.
- Host on-location walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes features, product showcases, and audience Q&As.
- Adapt on-camera presence to match different tones: authoritative and informative, conversational and lighthearted, or sleek and premium.
Scripting & Concept Development
- Pitch original video angles and formats weekly based on audience interest, platform trends, and business priorities.
- Write concise, retention-focused 9:16 scripts complete with visual hooks, on-screen action notes, dynamic B-roll cues, and call-to-action (CTA) frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to translate brand campaigns, features, and value propositions into viral, watchable short-form scripts.
Production & Shooting
- Stage, light, and record solo on-camera setups using modern mirrorless rigs or flagship smartphones with mobile wireless audio.
- Direct camera angles, framing, and eye lines to maintain high viewer intimacy and visual polish.
- Capture supplementary B-roll, lifestyle b-roll, and cutaways to support spoken-word scripts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven On-Camera Experience: 1–2 years of experience actively presenting, hosting, or creating UGC/social content on camera (brand channels, social agencies, broadcasting, or an established personal profile).
- Video Portfolio/Showcase (Mandatory): A reel or links showing your on-screen charisma, voice delivery, pacing, and presence across vertical video platforms.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear articulation, dynamic vocal delivery, and the ability to appear conversational and unscripted even when following a prompt.
- Scriptwriting Chops: Proven skill in structuring 15-to-60-second video narratives that grab viewers within 2 seconds.
- Technical Independence: Practical experience operating basic creator gear—wireless lapel mics, ring lights/softboxes, and smartphone/mirrorless camera settings.
- Editing Familiarity: Working knowledge of editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) to cut, trim, and sync social videos.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with teleprompter operation or rapid script memorization.
- Background in media communications, journalism, theater, broadcast, or social media marketing.
- Established familiarity with modern motion design trends, hook formats, and sound design pacing.
