Position: Customer Relations Officer (CRO)
Qualification: Min 12th Pass
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Watches
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting watches based on their requirements and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle product demonstrations, billing support, and after-sales customer queries.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Retail Watch industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
