Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil works related to airport infrastructure projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including cost breakdowns and pricing schedules.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier bids, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Administer contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and management of variations and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare interim valuations and certify contractor payments based on work progress.
- Conduct final account settlements and ensure accurate project closure documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and present regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all cost-related activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and airport-specific guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in quantity surveying and airport infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying for civil construction projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, terminal buildings, and related facilities.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
