Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Head (MD/DNB in General Medicine or Internal Medicine, or highly experienced MBBS) to lead our medical operations in Calicut. You will oversee clinical departments, ensure the highest standards of patient care, manage medical staff, and drive institutional growth while maintaining compliance with Kerala state regulations and NABH standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Valid medical degree (MBBS) with an active Kerala Medical Council (TCMC) registration. Post-graduate degree (MD/DNB) in General/Internal Medicine is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of clinical practice in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic setting, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or clinical leadership role (e.g., Medical Superintendent, HOD, or Chief Medical Officer).
- Skills Required: Exceptional clinical decision-making, crisis management, leadership, and familiarity with modern Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Preferred Attributes: A good network within the Kerala medical fraternity, and experience in NABH/JCI accreditation processes.
