About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Chemistry Teacher to teach Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students toward academic excellence and scientific inquiry.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students of Classes XI and XII as per CBSE guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and examinations and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Integrate technology and digital teaching tools into classroom instruction.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes as required.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong command of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using smart boards, Google Classroom, MS Office, and other educational technology tools.
