Hubops is building an AI-first enterprise marketing engine. As a Growth Operations Executive, you'll help increase Hubops' digital authority through outreach, partnerships, backlinks, online communities, directory management, and brand visibility.
This is an execution-focused role with excellent learning opportunities in SEO, digital PR, content promotion, and growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Outreach
- Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, and industry websites.
- Conduct guest posting outreach.
- Identify backlink opportunities.
- Execute broken link building campaigns.
- Support digital PR initiatives.
Directory & Citation Management
- Manage company profiles across business directories.
- Submit Hubops to relevant AI, SaaS, startup, and business directories.
- Maintain accurate business information across platforms.
Community Engagement
- Participate in LinkedIn discussions.
- Engage in Reddit, Quora, and relevant professional communities.
- Identify opportunities to contribute valuable insights while increasing brand visibility.
Content Promotion
- Promote blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Support social media amplification.
- Coordinate outreach for new content launches.
Research
- Research competitor backlinks.
- Discover partnership opportunities.
- Identify new platforms and communities for brand visibility.
Reporting
- Maintain outreach tracker.
- Track backlinks acquired.
- Monitor referral traffic.
- Prepare weekly progress reports.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO
