Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities for architectural and decorative lighting products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into business.
Client Meetings & Market Visits
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
- Travel to Bhilai, Durg, Bilaspur, and nearby locations as required.
- Present product offerings and lighting solutions to clients.
- Understand project requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams for project requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and project stakeholders.
- Regularly visit existing and potential clients to strengthen business relationships.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
- Share weekly and monthly progress reports with management.
Target Expectations
- Monthly Sales Target: ₹8–15 Lakhs+ (depending on experience and market coverage)
- Minimum 15–20 client meetings per week.
- Regular architect, designer, builder, and dealer networking.
- Consistent enquiry generation and project pipeline development.

Preferred Background

- Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
