Location: ECR campus, Chennai
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Early Years Learning Teacher to join us. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and inquiry-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning experiences.
- Foster a caring, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and collaborate with colleagues.
- Integrate play-based learning and the IB PYP philosophy into everyday teaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed./Montessori/ECCE qualification.
- Experience in Early Years; IB PYP experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
