Job Summary
Vipula Creative Technologies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Mold Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Moldflow to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality injection molds, performing mold flow analysis, and optimizing designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop injection molds for plastic components based on customer requirements and specifications
- Perform mold flow simulations using Autodesk Moldflow to predict and resolve potential manufacturing issues
- Optimize gate locations, cooling systems, and mold structure for improved cycle time and product quality
- Collaborate with product design, tooling, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze warpage, shrinkage, fill patterns, and cooling efficiency to enhance mold performance
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for mold manufacturing
- Support prototype and production phases with technical expertise and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Tool Engineering / Polymer Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in injection mold design and Moldflow analysis
- Proficiency in Autodesk Moldflow (Insight/Adviser)
- Good understanding of plastic materials, injection molding processes, and tooling concepts
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive, consumer products, or industrial plastic components
- Knowledge of GD&T and DFM/DFA principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
