Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and hiring experience, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, restaurant, corporate, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding coordination.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with placement officers, consultants, and recruitment agencies.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets.
HR Operations (20%)
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Support employee confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
- Draft HR letters, including offer letters, warning letters, and other employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist in maintaining HR MIS and reports.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 6 months to 1 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Generalist profile.
- Hospitality, Retail, QSR, Restaurant Industry hiring experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
