Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our team remotely for a 45-day internship. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing talent, managing intern pipelines, and coordinating communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job vacancies daily using social media feed posts and cold outreach/commenting.
- Shortlist resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage qualitative Fundraising Interns.
- Process and distribute official communications to employees and interns via email.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and deliverables.
- Ensure tasks and daily goals are completed on time.
