Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell life science products to research laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, universities, and research institutions. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, sales conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell life science products in assigned territory
- Visit laboratories, hospitals, colleges, research institutes, and pharma companies
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Coordinate with team for quotations and take follow up on orders
- Coordinate with procurement and technical support teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports, customer database, and visit records
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and scientific events
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Biotechnology / Life Sciences
Experience
- 0–5 years in scientific/life science/diagnostic sales
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Valid driving license preferred
