Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within domestic markets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for biodegradable and compostable granules.
- Manage complete B2B sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales coordination.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across packaging, FMCG, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, potential industries, and pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align customer needs with product delivery.
Operations & Coordination
- Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and CRM updates.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, sustainability events, and industry meets to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 0–5 years in business development, domestic B2B sales, or industrial sales.
- Industry Preference (Optional): Bioplastics, masterbatches, packaging materials, polymers, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Market awareness and good analytical abilities
- Self-motivated with a growth and problem-solving mindset
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings across India when required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
