We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, supporting sales operations, and contributing to the achievement of business targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong reporting capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales closures.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain long-term engagement with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead status, conversions, inventory availability, and sales performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Coordinate with CRM and internal teams for timely updates and reporting.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market.
