We are seeking a responsible and proactive Manager on Duty (Night Shift) to oversee operations during overnight hours. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining guest satisfaction, handling emergencies, and supervising staff to uphold service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel/property operations during the night shift
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and escalations
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies
- Supervise night staff including front office, housekeeping, and security
- Conduct night audits and verify daily financial reports
- Handle check-ins/check-outs and special guest requests
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a calm and professional environment at all times
- Coordinate with morning management team for smooth shift transition
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or operations management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems/software
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience in night shift supervision or duty management
