We're hiring for a Shark Tank featured startup and are looking for a builder who enjoys solving difficult backend problems, architecting scalable systems, and mentoring developers. If you love ownership more than hierarchy, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Lead the architecture and development of our MERN-based SaaS platform.
- Develop secure REST APIs and backend services powering AI-driven workflows.
- Design scalable database schemas using MongoDB.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Design teams.
- Review code, mentor junior engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
- Own deployments, debugging, monitoring, and production stability.
- Participate in technical planning and product roadmap discussions.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong backend engineering expertise.
- Deep understanding of API architecture and system design.
- Experience building scalable SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, caching, and database optimization.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership mindset.
