Key Responsibilitie
Product Design & Drafting
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Design transformer tanks, radiators, conservators, base frames, and fabricated structures as per IS/IEC and customer specifications.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, welding, and assembly drawings.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Implement design modifications based on customer requirements and manufacturing feedback.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare technical datasheets, design calculations, and validation reports.
- Perform material selection and thickness calculations considering pressure, vacuum, and mechanical loads.
- Maintain drawing revision control and release drawings as per company procedures.
- Support QA and production teams in drawing interpretation and resolving technical issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Planning teams for Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Provide technical support to the shop floor during fabrication and assembly.
- Review vendor drawings and provide technical approvals.
- Support cost estimation and value engineering activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
