Job Requirements*
1) Minimum 1 hands‑on full-cycle SAP ERP implementation with proven experience leading solution design and delivery for the SAP PM module.
2) Should have good expertise in preparing and reviewing project documentation including:
a) AS‑IS and TO‑BE process documentation
b) Business Blueprint / Solution Design documents
c) Integration test scenarios, SIT/UAT test cases and validation results
d) End‑user training materials and process manuals
3) Should have sound configuration knowledge in SAP PM, including organization structure, SAP PM processes including Notifications, Work Orders and preventive maintenance and cross‑module integration with MM, FICO and QM.
4) Ability to lead and guide developers and functional consultants in building WRICEF objects and custom developments.
5) Strong understanding of business process mapping in SAP PM, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, standardized SAP solutions.
6) Lead implementation activities and provide post‑go‑live support, including issue analysis, defect management and process stabilization.
7) Excellent communication skills to conduct workshops, lead customer discussions, manage expectations, and drive decision-making during the implementation life cycle
Key Responsibilities*
1) Lead end‑to‑end implementation activities for the SAP PM module.
2) Drive the process of capturing, analyzing, and validating functional requirements.
3) Oversee and perform configuration and customization in SAP PM
4) Review and guide the preparation and execution of test cases, SIT/UAT.
5) Supervise the development of user manuals, training materials, and conduct end‑user training.
