Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records in Zoho Books.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Generate monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.
- Support payroll accounting and related activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹10,627.08 - ₹30,634.97 per month
