Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural 3D Visualizer to create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations for architectural and design projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, designers, project teams, and site personnel to transform concepts into compelling visual presentations while ensuring project quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural and design projects.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environmental settings to achieve photorealistic results.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, designers, team leads, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and production drawings as required.
- Assist in material, paint, finish, and texture selection for projects.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and drawing records.
- Create professional presentations, visual reports, and client presentation materials.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and coordination discussions.
- Provide creative and technical input during concept development, design refinement, and project execution stages.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented when required.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, project reviews, and coordination purposes as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive schedules and item lists for interior and exterior works.
- Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams for material specifications and project requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Support project teams in resolving design, visualization, and coordination challenges.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in related field.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably in residential projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and architectural terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Good understanding of architectural design concepts and the construction process.
- Ability to interpret design ideas and translate them into technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
