Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Educational background in Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or B.Sc).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to maintain a positive and proactive attitude under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and organization.
- Schedule and coordinate important meetings, ensuring all participants are informed.
- Facilitate effective communication among various departments to enhance collaboration.
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including basic accounting tasks and invoicing.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and other documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating training sessions and resources.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment that promotes productivity.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
