Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new client opportunities, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Website Development, Android & iOS App Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Fundraising. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
IT Solutions Consulting
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions related to:
- Website Development
- Android Application Development
- iOS Application Development
- Custom Software Solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project scope and estimates.
Digital Marketing Services Sales
- Promote and sell digital marketing services including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Content Marketing and Brand Promotion
- Educate clients on digital growth strategies and ROI-driven campaigns.
Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify potential investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners.
- Assist leadership in fundraising activities and investor presentations.
- Prepare business plans, pitch decks, and investment proposals.
- Build partnerships that support company growth and expansion.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Analyze market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong understanding of:

- Fundraising and Investor Relations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
