- Candidates must be ready to work from the office.
- We work 6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Saturdays may be work-from-home for all employees.
- The sales team will have weekly and monthly targets with associated incentives.
- The candidates must have their own Laptop
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through digital channels such as social media, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and online marketplaces.
- Manage customer communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle online product promotions and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for digital promotions and advertisements.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers to improve repeat business.
- Monitor online market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Support order management and customer issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital sales platforms and social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of online advertising and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in digital sales, inside sales, e-commerce, or online business development is preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years in Business Development.
